Hema Hemraj is a volunteer with the HBRC. She started her Masters at the University of Guelph in 2021 in Environmental Engineering. Her research focuses on carbon sequestration in soil. Hema loves to learn about bees and fungi, almost as much as she likes eating honey and mushrooms! She hopes to BEE a beekeeper and have her own bees after she finished grad school.
