The Canadian Honey Council (CHC) is the non-profit national association of apiculturists across Canada. Since 1940, it has been a forum for producers, packers, professionals, provincial associations, and officials from different levels of government to discuss topics concerning the nation’s honey bee industry and recommend actions in the industry’s best interest.
