Gavin is a student in Food and Agricultural Business at the University. He learned to keep bees working with Coneybeare Honey in Fergus, and would like to have his own beekeeping enterprise after school. He is now managing his own hives on Scugog Island, and in Uxbridge. When not working his bees, Gavin can be found fishing, canoeing, playing soccer, or breeding his laying hens.
