Johann Peters is a volunteer at the HBRC. He became obsessed with bees at age 11. Then he was gifted a copy of Beekeeping for Dummies, and since has been increasing periods of time beekeeping. He has yet to decide whether he has a romanticized view of beekeeping, or whether it really is as idyllic as it seems. Either way, beekeeping will certainly remain a lifelong hobby.
