Amy is a second-year student from Durham University in the UK, studying Biology and Psychology. She is working at the HBRC for the summer as an intern through the company MITACS and is helping in both the beekeeping and molecular sides of the HBRC. She became interested in the research here to improve her beekeeping skills so she can better care for her family’s colonies back home.
