Laura Gillis


Laura is a student in Indigenous Environmental Science and Practice at the University. She is one of the undergraduate research assistants at the HBRC, she helps with general hive management, grounds maintenance, and participation in other ongoing research activities. She is interested in holistic approaches to conservation and climate change. Laura hopes to pursue a master’s degree in conservation leadership at the university. When not at the HBRC, Laura likes to create beadwork, read, and explore Guelph’s many walking trails.
